Every couple of months, a new question pops up, and I can book time directly with them to get trained on any C\&P functionality. I absolutely love that I can log onto a Zoom call almost any time during my workday and get support from their team--I just share my screen and they help me figure out what I need to tweak or what needs to get triggered to get me where I need to be.
