> **Pros**: We looked in the market for other products that provided these types of features and could find no other. This product does a great job of collecting volunteer jobs, allowing volunteers to sign up, and allowing easy communication between those committees. The system also allows us to post volunteer positions and have an easy way for people to nominate themselves or others. This has given us greater knowledge of people's interest going into meetings to select people for jobs. When we have had a problem or a question, we get fast customer support.

> **Cons**: We sometimes find a problem with something that was previously working, but we get fast customer support to fix it when we identify it. It doesn't yet have all the features that we are looking for, but they continue to provide enhancements regularly.

> I believe this is the best product out there to manage volunteers at a school. This is much better than the old way of personal emails and an excel spreadsheet. This provides a system that is actively used by our volunteers year-round.

> **Pros**: The customer support is awesome\!  Customer support has been there to help me every step of the way when I had a question.

> **Cons**: The only problem was when we had over 200 volunteers sign-up at the same time for an event.  The target number did not hold.

> It is a great program to help organize our volunteers for school events.  The Cusotmer Support is very supportive.  I like how easy it is to add events and modify any changes.
