Unlike larger, more expensive databases, DonorSnap has a transparent interface which allows real-time customization at every level - for an extremely reasonable price. Not only is it easy to use, but if we ever have a question, online trainings are easy to find in their Help section, live trainings are given regularly, and customer support responds almost immediately. > > **Cons**: The outgoing mass email function is a little clunky, so we usually export contacts to a CRM platform for more customizable email appeals and communications. > > We transitioned from a big-name donor database platform to DonorSnap 2 years ago and haven't looked back.
