> **Pros**: The software for Eleveo is easy to use once setup. We have not had near the issues with Eleveo's as we have with other other software that has been deployed with other teams across the network. Definitely my preferred solution by far.

> **Cons**: Eleveo has been meticulous about the metrics and information it gathers. This makes it take time to initially setup for each team, but in the end this is a definite benefit. My only real gripe is logging into the cloud WFM system doesn't use the same LDAP credentials as replay etc. Keeping track of multiple accounts can be troublesome.
> 
> I'm happy with our overall experience.
