> **Pros**: Cheap and has a growing set of features. The staff based pricing is a good idea thought he price has gone up over time.

> **Cons**: Still under development and sometimes buggy. Things sometimes didn't work and it was hard to know how to make it do what I needed.

> Our school was on a free account for several years which I was told I could use. They discontinued it and deleted my data without warning. Four years of key academic data irrecoverable. The vendor claims that they sent me an email but I never received it and the vendor never supported their claim. They also never gave me so much as an apology or were willing to call it a mistake.

I'm definitely uncomfortable relying on this software.
