So much information had to be entered in multiple different areas because the modules did not link to each other. It is the least back-end user-friendly software I have come across. Incredibly complex to set up - especially events such as open enrollment. It also did not connect with any of our benefit vendors or even our payroll system - requiring hours of manual input in what seemed like hundreds of systems and leaving room for multiple errors on every front. > > Customer service was fantastic when I had a question. Learning sessions were much needed and so incredibly helpful. It has worked well most of the time. As an example, I don't have to log out and then back into five different platforms to view PTO or see a pay stub. All the information is inputted and then automatically synced up silently in the background. The Self Service Portal is pretty good too; Employees can simply enter their own direct deposit info rather than bugging me about it. Gladly, it didn't crash when we brought on board those ten new guys last week. > > **Cons**: If you have an issue with tax reporting, they'll take weeks to resolve it and sometimes you get fined due to them dragging their heels. Occasionally little things will simply fail for no reason (like adding random extra vacation hours to someone). It is slow and clunky when trying to perform something custom (for example; it won't allow you to create custom deductions without making you complete a million steps). > > It prevents you from using paper forms and multiple spreadsheets for every single small HR tasks. It has onboarding, benefits and payroll in one location so everything communicates with each other. When someone new is hired, it doesn't require spending hours manually entering data into the systems. The employees are able to manage their own basic info updates on their phone.
