> **Pros**: The Nosco platform is very easy and intuitive to use, which is very important when introducing a new tool to the company. The data visualization provides a good overview of the number of ideas, comments, and visits to the platform.

> **Cons**: The platform supports multiple channels. However, when sending an email directly from the platform, the email does not include information about which channel it belongs to. It’s not a major issue (and this customization is already on the Nosco team’s backlog), but it can cause confusion among employees when more than one innovation campaign is active at the same time.

> Nosco platform is very intuitive, both from the user's and the admin's perspective. Furthermore, the platform is constantly being optimized based on customer needs. In addition, support responds very quickly if any problems or questions arise. Last but not least, the Nosco team offers webinars featuring interesting discussions and updates, as well as training sessions upon request.

What I liked even more is the combination of innovation consulting and the innovation software from one hand. I also like the very pragmatic approach from Nosco and their ability to adjust almost everything to your needs and the state of your innovation process and management. They never sell you more than you actually need in this moment.

> **Cons**: A bit more customization for the look and feel would have been good, but this is nothing decisive. And the AI functions were not yet very helpful, but we were early beta testers, so this isn't a real con. I make it a pros, as they were super fast in testing AI in their solutions.

Our decision was based on cost-benefit and the support we got, not only for the tool itself, but the innovation consultancy at the same time.
