> **Pros**: Easy to use and understand. Great customer support. They are there to assist after the sale. Prompt to answer questions. Affordable option for our size of operation.

> **Cons**: Import capability wasn't intuitive. Couldn't do by myself even though I tried. For a very small affordable fee they did it for me, and fast. Saved me a lot of time but I wish I could have done it myself. The lengths of fields in areas weren't enough.
