> **Pros**: The software is easy to use. The implementation team was knowledgeable, fast and thorough. The support team post implementation was also very quick to respond to questions and troubleshoot. The people were able to deliver and meet my time frame without issue.

> Bassets is a top notch depreciation software. Everyone I worked with from sales to implementation and support were very knowledgeable about fixed assets and depreciation. I had to switch software providers at the last minute due to a failed implementation and inability of the software to properly calculate depreciation in a multi-state and multi-book environment. Bassets was able to quickly pick up my account, get to work and delivery in a tight time frame. They have a system down that works. Customer support is the most responsive and thorough that I have ever worked with from a software provider. I have used several depreciation softwares over my career. I honestly would not spend the time or money to go with any provider other than Bassets. Bassets is a high quality, high value product.
