> **Pros**: Very easy to use and very reliable. No outages or unavailability in the 4.5 years I have been with the company. Also has every possible protocol and cryptography feature you could ever need from an SFTP client.

I would also like to make special mention of the support, over the 4.5 years I have been using it, \[sensitive content hidden\] from support has consistently been highly available and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He has helped us navigate multiple upgrades and always willing to go the extra mile to help resolve any issues.

> **Pros**: Very simple to deploy, one executable which, once downloaded, installed with no need for internet access. Once installed the Help functionality is held within the Application with very detailed instructions. The Admin Console is Web Based and easy to configure.

Finally, this was my first installation and configuration of this application and the assistance from the Vendor \[sensitive content hidden\]  was absolutely incredible, he explained everything perfectly and was/is always willing to help.
