> **Pros**: It did exactly as needed; we were able to freely communicate among the company with ease and it was easy for me to get the hang of.

> **Cons**: There was often a greater delay with email reception when using this software compared to more generic email services. But thankfully the delay wasn't significant, it was just something I noticed periodically.

> **Pros**: EmailOpen is a user friendly, easy-to-use platform that houses all the info you could need to start and continue email campaigns for your employees. Many of the features have a great deal of simplicity, including image collections, subscriber lists, and more.

> **Cons**: Some of the features that a program like a Microsoft Word can do that EmailOpen can't is copy and paste. EmailOpen does not allow copying and past seamlessly, as it doesn't allow for for copying and pasting with ease. Formatting like that can be an issue, but working within EmailOpen only makes it very easy

> Overall, the experience with EmailOpen has been very positive and would recommend to anyone who wants an easily deployable, user-friendly platform to start and create an entire comms strategy and foundation in one program.
