> **Pros**: The best parts about this tool was its breadth. It had every piece of info I looked for each time I went to dive in to find a check, reservation, or other data point.

> **Cons**: I guess the Con I can think of is the integration with some other software we used. It was not always completely cohesive with NCR (loyalty program).

For example being able to look up a check with multiple items on it - if I am looking for someone who ordered tuna poke tacos along with soup dumplings, for example.  Also we should be able to search for checks by the last four digits of the cc.
