In addition, the use of provider specific macros and mapping to appropriate locations within our EMR documentation allows for productive use of the documentation time. > > **Cons**: While there have been limited issues that would be considered major, all applications have their quirks and room for improvement. I feel that any issues we had, were rectified promptly and correctly with the proper support team.
