> **Pros**: RIS is easy to Use\! Intuitive and training of new user is a breeze. 
It does everything for the Energy Compliance Local Laws in NYC  (84,87,88,97...) And most importantly checkbook reconciliations are simple and straight forward. There is no way to fudge the data. Databases are stable and easy to export across various platforms. The Mortgage Companies love it\! We manage Co-Op, CONDO, Mixed use residential / office / commercial / garage properties and it handles all. Over 30 properties and over 4500 units never a glitch.

Never change dependable and solid business tool\!
Rule \#1 in Property management business is "If it's not broken don't fix it." Tech support is on line or by phone. On line is always better and easier to handle. We have multiple users in multiple office locations, networked by VPN and it's a smooth sailing. Considering our company growth we will add another three stations in 2025. Over dozen employees are using it every day without any conflicts. 6 Days a week\! Thank you RIS and have a great and prosperous 2025.

> **Pros**: I have been using this management software for the past couple of years and have nothing poor to say. It is beyond user friendly and most importantly if i ever have an issue, the customer service is and has always been very accessible and helpful. They are trying to cater to the client as much as possible and there is no better company to grow your business with knowing that we are on the same page and are working together.

> **Cons**: The only con that i can think of is that there is not yet an easy to use app

Pros: 
Easy to make Corrections

Cons:
The Service help team- You can't tell them there is anything wrong with the program because they will jump down your throat and call you stupid. I'm not kidding. When they can't fix something they tell you have someone else more competent call them back and they hang up on you. They will not return calls and never call you by your correct name. Problems don't get fixed, you just learn to work around them.
