> **Pros**: Great for handling my rent stabilized portfolio.  I also used it for thrid party mangagment of cooperative units and it makes maintenance increases and assesments very easy.

> **Cons**: Not the most expensive product out there, but not cheap either.  I guess you get what you pay for though...

> Would defenitely reccomend.  Their staff is very easy to work with and is eager to help.
