> **Cons**: It was CONSTANTLY not working, we would have to close the salon down because the database server would have issues and they were the only ones able to fix it. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] was the only decent one there but is no longer with them. Customer service is absolutely TERRIBLE and rude. We have 4 salons and i was losing more money by sticking with sunlync then i was having nothing at all. Efts don’t run automatically, you can’t access sunlync from home the list goes on and on

> Terrible, customer service is an absolute joke which you were constantly having to call because there software didn’t work. Lost lots of customers over software issues that were out of our control and sunlync told me to get over it. Highly don’t recommend

> **Cons**: It is not easy to customize.  If there is a function that is not available you have to wait and see if the fix come out in a future upgrade.  But of course, you have to pay for every upgrade.
