### "Will not integrate seamlessly with PowerSchool for the School Store" — 2.0/5

> **Pros**: The most I like about this software is it' cloud based. The sales pitch and website is very nice. (It is unfortunately is not what they deliver. )

> **Cons**: Customer Service , integration team, price is too steep, finding reports to fit your needs, it doesn't integrate with one of the largest student information service systems in the industry. It's a Canadian based company and some of the paperwork gets issues and shows items in Canadian currency. 

The close out for the year and rolling over is always a painful and slow process when your trying to close for audit prep.

The bank rec month headings always seem to get out of sync. If call, most likely the customer service is closed. They are on eastern time and I am in Alaska time. Send an e-mail and maybe is 2-3 business days you get an answer.

> School Cash Suite is too expensive. Power School is one of the leading SIS companies and this software doesn't integrate with the school store.  I would change companies if the admin assistants didn't threaten to quit over changing. The customer service is on eastern time and doesn't fit my time zone well. Trouble tickets can take too long to get an answer. I would run from this software.

> **Pros**: The company really understands what Accounting is needing and tries really to customize it for the school environment.
> 
> **Cons**: Not fully compatible or integrated with the Student Information System, the exporting tool not very secure.
Didn't have the full needs for the schools accounting in out region to report to the government. :(

> It was a pretty nice process to set up all our schools with this product. The support in the implementation stage was really good.
