> **Pros**: Widespread acceptance across industry, the way proposals look. Really like how customizable almost everything is from changing the way a proposal looks, free formatting coverage options, the underwriting assistant that gives a brief description of what each coverage is

> **Cons**: Can be a bit difficult to figure out the custom side of things at times. It is a product that can take some time to get use to for new users but once you get use to it you can do virtually anything with it.
