ReserveSource

ReserveSource is a must have for any fast paced rental environment.

Comments: We picked ReserveSource after demoing company after company for rental reservations software. ReserveSource leads the pack because it allows for the most customizations, and unique setups. For Beavers Bend Marina, we were looking for a rental software for boats/jetskis that allowed the customer to choose the time that they wanted, as long as the minimum time was met and the reservation system (ReserveSource) would also assign the reservation to a unit automatically without my staff having to do so. Since the unit is assigned by ReserveSource, this allows my staff to do other things than to keep up with what rentals are on what boats, jetskis, etc.

Pros:

ReserveSource is clean, easy to navigate, and has a great support staff and you can even get same day answers for any issues that arise. During setup, they will help you set up most of the back end and provide training to your staff. Liability waivers can either be digital or paper, this is a huge plus so that if your company is not ready to make the switch to digital waivers you can continue using paper until you are ready to make the switch.

Cons:

I cannot think of any major cons. I have used other reservation software programs and ReserveSource is the best for rentals.

Great Software

Comments: Overall its a great product. I think any marina, recreation center, or any business that deals with a high volume of reservations would really benefit from this product.

Pros:

I Like how easy it is to use. When Making a reservation it is super easy and is also simple for the customer to do online. It helps me a lot during busy times to keep up with multiple reservation and keeps things organized.

Cons:

Things do come up that I think would help us more and the support staff for the software are super helpful and are always looking to innovate and looking for ways to improve the software.

It occasionally freezes for no reason is the only thing I could think of

Pros:

Very easy to use! I use every day with little to no issues. The customer support team is very quick and eager to help with any issues.

Cons:

Once everything was set up it has been great. No cons come to mind.
