I am not an attorney. The case hinged upon isolating hundreds of emails from a couple of thousand written from various email addresses over 10 years. Using GoldFynch, I digitally Bates-stamped each relevant email. No\! I didn't know what a Bates number was either, but between GoldFynch and Wikipedia, I figured out how to proceed in minutes. It took me roughly 100 hours of work. There was simply no way I could have paid a paralegal to do that for such a small (but deeply personal) property dispute. In the end, my attorney needed ten hours to read the curated set, and that WAS the case: there was nothing in the relevant emails to support the accusations.
