> **Cons**: There is no where to read about all the features it has which you can utilise so can’t use it to full potential as don’t know about all the features 
It needs an easy to read user manual so we can learn about all the features and what will work best with our business 
Should also be able to change the subscription not be locked In annually as if you get a new client and exceed your consignments becomes very costly

> **Pros**: All consignments are managed in one database. POD collection / upload process is good. Better than paying multiple staff to organise data.

> **Cons**: - Support - you have to pay for support on product issues / app issues. Unresponsive most of the time.
- Lots of toggles in the website - some don't actually do anything i.e., "Ignore Cubic Weight" toggle in invoicing. 
-  CSV export to Xero has been in the works for years - no action. Would make life much easier.

> Overall makes life easier, could do better focusing on existing customers rather than advertising for new customers.
