> **Pros**: As a new studio owner it helped me to put structure around how i take bookings, receive payments, track my membership and manage marketing. The team were extremely helpful in walking me through the setup process and always on hand if i have any issues or don't know how to do something.

> **Cons**: Initially the cost was a concern for me as i was starting with $0 revenue, i feel that the functionality and service has proved to be worthwhile, and now i consider the platform to be good value for money.

The system feels intuitive for onboarding trainers, front-desk staff, and gym members. 


Good member engagement and community feel
It helps gyms stay connected with members through a central platform, which hopefully may support stronger relationships and retention.

Customer support team responds quickly
