> **Pros**: The interface is fairly easy to use once you get the hang of it. It's also one of the most affordable platforms in the market.

> **Pros**: First of all, when it comes to software selection, team support for clients is a very important consideration. With vibefam, I don’t have to worry about that because they’ve been very responsive and supportive. When we requested a feature for our studio, the team was quick to listen, engage, and provide assistance throughout the process. We think that their willingness to continuously improve the product gives us confidence that we’re working with a partner who genuinely cares about your success. 

Second, the product is intuitive and easy to use for our team members who have limited technical experience. Additionally, I’d like to personally compliment their AI website builder feature which was very useful and innovative. We were able to get our website up and running quickly within one hour. Since there’s an important event coming, we really appreciate the efficient process. 

Lastly, the reporting features also provide us with useful insights that could be used to evaluate and grow our business, such as member activity, inbound class bookings, etc.

> **Cons**: We did experience some seasonal technical glitches and had some onboarding related questions in the beginning, but as I’ve mentioned previously, the team quickly handled the matter and assured us. They are knowledgeable yet patient and polite.

We used to manage everything manually through Whatsapp, which was time-consuming for a lot of enquiries and bookings that went in. With vibefam now, handling bookings is a lot easier, monitoring business is more accurate through reporting, and members are satisfied with the platform.

> **Pros**: I initially had a concern in software migration because to me it felt complicated. However, the team assured me that it shouldn’t be an issue and they in fact did it very well. The team was really helpful as well in coaching the onboarding session for us to better utilize the different features. For the product itself, it definitely makes our day-to-day studio operations flow more efficiently and cleaner. We can track and manage different package types easily, such as our 50 \& 100 class packs including the instructor scheduling tools. Since we have quite a big number of instructors and class sessions, bookings and cancellations are accurately documented for both the staff and members. 

The platform also supports 3rd party payment integration like Stripe that allows multiple payment methods including the PayNow and GrabPay options, so super relevant to my local members.

> **Pros**: Scheduling and packages run the way we'd expect, it’s simple and easy to use.  Onboarding was smooth from day one. The team walked us through it without leaving us to figure much out on our own and we think the platform is cleaner by design. Since we're based in Singapore, having local payment options built in has made checkout genuinely painless for members, such as PayNow, GrabPay, and ShopBack cover pretty much how people actually want to pay here. We have our own professional website developed by another vendor but we can integrate the Vibefam scheduling widget seamlessly into it. ClassPass integration has also just worked well, we can adjust how many slots we allocate for which platform.

> **Cons**: Nothing to complain about. Clean simple and gets the job done. Even when something isn't straightforward, they've come back with the best alternative they could offer instead of leaving us without an answer, which we've appreciated.
