"A reliable and cheap helpdesk integrated with ticketing system"

Comments: It's great working with team- sparrow, they are always there to help me out, even in odd hours

Pros: Its fully integrated Cloud Customer Service Solution (CRM, Ticketing, Survey & Debt Collection) is easy to use, convenient.

Cons: its dashboard, i want more customization for my existing requirement
