It is the most feature rich survey platform I've used in my 30 years of conducting employee surveys. 2. The support team at Engage is outstanding. They walked me through our first survey launch as if we were a part of their team. I've never had that level of hands on support before. 3. There is tons of learning content available on their website. This includes a complete user's manual, numerous videos, and sample (interactive) survey reports. 4. The value proposition was outstanding (i.e. cost vs. features). > > **Cons**: Coding the employee demographic data to load into the system is critical for the analysis that is done but, the process can be tedious. I started out looking for a better survey tool, but what I got from Mindset was much more in-depth, useful, and easier to use than other survey methods I’ve tried. The dynamic org chart capabilities really paralleled the actual structure, and the ease of segmenting data/demographics with simple visualizations really helped me tell the story back to the client.
