> **Pros**: Quick and easy to understand staffing at start of shift to make adjustments as needed. I know from emails before I get to work who has already called off. I can go to reports to make manager notes and time sheet code changes at a later date.

> **Cons**: No improvements as of now- I am glad you changed it from having to run a report to see who called out. That saves so much time\! Thanks
