> **Pros**: The accessibility from anywhere was definitively one  of the top points.

Finally a system which allows to create all our promotions  easily, boost sales by knowing exactly what our clients consume and when.

Staff training went smoothly and it must have been the first time we did not hear complains for weeks after the introduction of something new.

> **Cons**: I cannot see any thing I did not like, a few features we used to have for our partners, non digital reports and the likes, however we adapted quickly then.

> Great support and customer service, always available to support our teams. The setup went very quick. More importantly, I have a full visibility on our numbers, partners can access them easily as well. Without it, this difficult time would have been very bad from a financial point of view. Overall it enables to focus on profitable areas and reduce loses as much as possible.
