> **Pros**: Working in Scanfie was very easy. For us it was very important to use an QR-code to make an order instead of using a paper menu. This worked perfectly and made our lives much easier during our event.

> **Cons**: Because we used Scanfie just for a short time, we didn't learn everything what it can do. So there are still a lot of surprises in the system for us. I would like to have some more settings to change things that only the helpdesk can do at this moment. Also I would like to be able to read more helpfiles so I understand the system even more.

> Our overall experience with Scanfie is very positive. We used Scanfie for our total restaurant from ordering by using the QR-code to the cash register to buy tickets for entering the event. Everything was split up in the back office what is easy if you want to see result from certain products.
