> **Cons**: I can find it difficult to find my way around the updates LMS, only some pages seem to have the new lay out. Some users get error messages on their apps when trying to do their online training and they have to delete and re-install regularly. It can be difficult raising a case - my name was removed from the company but noone knows why.

> **Cons**: The unnecessary changes that keep being done  - it has made the system clunky and has not improved the quality

> It is ok, it has not given us what we were sold, but there are many plus sides to using this as we use a lot of access products to facilitate our business so it will integrate but not as proficiently as it could do.  &#10;Updates concentrate on the look more than the technical quality which is a real shame and I believe LMS is not listening to this from customers.
