De webinars zijn een grote meerwaarde, praktisch, relevant en meteen toepasbaar in de dagelijkse werking. Wat er voor mij met kop en schouders bovenuit steekt, is de helpdesk: extreem snel, betrouwbaar en altijd bereid om mee te denken. Die klantgerichtheid geeft veel vertrouwen.
