We opted to have all students SEI and ELL students imported into Ellevtation, as we can use it as a tool to compare how our SEI and EL students compare as well as our EO Dual Language students compare to our RFEP or EL Dual Language students performing in those language areas. The most useful part is 100% the reports and letters functions, this has saved us days of work. Scores, local tests, notes, accommodations, programs, it is all gathered automatically to provide our parents with as much information as possible. > > **Cons**: I do not care for the extraction of grades to import manually 2-4x a year. It would be useful if they developed the extraction from the Grade History tables of our SIS so we do not have to create templates to share. Importing is extremely fast once turned over, but not having to do that will be useful. I also wish there was a way to map our Language page that holds students' services, this causes dual data entry on our part, which does not save time. As well as mapping our Inverventions page from SIS to the Goals, Monitoring, Meetings and Notes tabs. > > We LOVE Ellevation and its usefulness.
