> **Pros**: Things can be done in a very fast manner. The tool is very light, super user friendly, without a steep learning curve. Datacapt comes as a breath of fresh air to clinical trials at a time when the world most needs it. The instrument is affordable for the majority of clinical trials (except for some specific types). Integration with current processes and study personnel was very swift.

> **Cons**: There is a need to manage Patient Reported Outcomes in a more effective manner, probably through an app. The e-consenting needs some improvement as well, in particular, for clinical trials involving children.

> The experience with Datacapt's personnel was great, deployment was made easy, without much pressure on us for testing. I can say most requests have been addressed in a prompt and adequate manner, over the testing period. A lot of improvements have been made.

> **Pros**: The tool is good and "light". The straightforward interface contributes to ease of learning and use.  It is easy to use it to build eCRF for our retrospective studies. Audit trail helps the project manager to estimate how long it takes CRAs to enter data. Customer support is top.
> 
> **Cons**: During data recording, if conditional logic is applied, i.e. different questions pop up according to the answer to the previous question, sometimes, the user has to wait 1-2 seconds for a new question to load. The eCRF designers can design smarter and use some tricks to prevent users from missing the popped-up question, but it will be more user-friendly if the delay is reduced to less than 1 second. Other than that, I found no major drawbacks.
