> **Pros**: The customer service is exceptional\! Forwardly is easy to use and dependable. I have not had any major issues. I will continue using Forwardly for all of my client billing into the future as I expand my firm.

> **Cons**: Initial client migration was very smooth however when I try to do it myself for new clients, I often screw it up.  Not so much Forwardly's issues but it is slightly confusing.

> Positive and then some.  I am very happy that I stumbled upon the company and it has been a fantastic journey using them.  Again, I will continue using them in the future. Cost is very much a savings and is overall better than the competitors.

The 3 to 5 business days is at times a crap shoot and makes it hard to plan - a solid and dependable 2 business day tier for a lowest tier pricing would allow for better/more usage for large volume small payment ACH withdrawal processing.

> **Pros**: The customer service is very helpful and the free ACH is awesome\! I also really enjoy the recurring ACH request that can be sent out, so I am not handling any bank details myself.

> **Cons**: The payment processing time is slow, but I’ve only been using it for a couple of months so maybe it will get faster. I had a little trouble figuring out which invoices would be automatically triggered with the recurring ACH feature, and the sync with Quickbooks is helpful but when I merged 2 client names (same client) in QBO, I had to resend the recurring authorization request, so just a feature to be aware of. I’m hopeful it will be smooth sailing now\!
