> **Pros**: The most important action we tested is to integrate the ERP with the store's workflow. Integrations work fast and in exact order. Has a support that solves problem numbers.

Nossa NPS subiu 1 ponto após implantação desse fluxo, além do maior controle na equipe de vendas.

> **Cons**: Querendo ou não, realizar integrações é dificil, as vezes elas podem ficar fora do ar do nada. Acredito que o pluga ainda não tenha regularizado certas integrações com ferramentas mais usadas atualmente.
