Team was responsive and supportive.
Share link overrides itself, so you don't have to continuously share links with people.

> **Cons**: The button sizes were quite restrictive and spacing was auto generated, which left uneven gaps. 
There was a work around for this though, but it involved more design work.

> Using Near-life has been great so far, the service has been amazing, with the team being super responsive and supporting on adhoc queries, and share video guides to help with the more complex interactions. The platform is incredibly easy to use - creating simple interactive videos is straightforward with the built-in functionality. It also has the flexibility to create more complex interactions when needed, helping deliver a product that meets the customer's expectations.

The support team at Near-Life are really helpful too and I feel valued as a customer.
