> **Pros**: This software is user friendly. You can easily go through different topics of your choice and it is assessed instantly. Also, the assessment can be reviewed on time so giving a great chance for improvement.

> **Pros**: 1. The ease of creating content, adding voice overs, quizzes and assessments is the best part of the platform&#10;2. It provides flexibility to change the content, and thus works exceptionally well for teams with dynamic content such as - regular product updates, new sales offers etc&#10;3. Dispersing content to people across locations, geographies and offices is really easy and convenient&#10;4. The reporting mechanism is all encompassing with the ability to capture - quiz answers, time of completion as well as descriptive answers.&#10;5. You do not need an Instructional Design expert to work on it. Anyone in the team with the basic understanding of powerpoint can also work on it.&#10;6. If you have teams with vernacular language requirements, the platform can convert content into multiple languages in a very short period of time.&#10;7. We can create blended learning options with both elearning and classroom learning within a course with clear dependencies of what will start after achieving what level of completion.

> We were trying two problems:&#10;1. Our onboarding program for dispersed group was heavily dependent on physical trainers traveling to the respective locations. As we started to add new locations, this meant adding additional workforce, which got solved with all the functional onboarding content being moved to self learning with a trainer present virtually to handle queries.&#10;2. We needed to continuously run knowledge check assessments, refreshers on products and processes. Plus, there were a lot of new offers that would be rolled out and the teams needed to remain updated. This was again falling on a small team of 8 people to train about 3000 people. Thus, the self learning in different languages made it easy for us to periodically do these assessments, provide customised learning interventions and improve the overall productivity and performance.
