> **Pros**: Ease of use.  Very easy to use and we can take photos for the customer or a video while collaborating with the customer in real time.  It helped us save on LAE expensing of sending an adjuster out on every claim.  It allowed us to speak with the customer at their car as well as zoom in and target certain damage points or video all the damage or both.
> 
> **Cons**: We were an early adopter of the software so we had to wait for them to bring Android on line but they have done that now.
> 
> They deliver what they say they are going to deliver and they have a team on standby to help.  Good training.  The cost is minimal compared to sending an appraiser out in the field.  During Covid this has been a blessing to have this technology at our fingertips and not have to send our people into the public.
