> **Pros**: Coast has become our central hub for daily communication between field inspectors, technicians, and office management. The task reminders and dedicated team channels make it incredible easy to confirm safety inspections, Maintenance schedules, and ongoing project in real time

> **Cons**: I’d love to see improved export options for completed tasks so we can easily attach them to client reports or archive them for compliance audits. It’s not a major issue, but it would make documentation even smoother.

> Coast keeps our entire team organized, accountable, and consistent across multiple job sites. Before Coast, we relied heavily on text messages and spreadsheets, which made tracking safety checks and maintenance work a headache.

The mobile app saves us time by letting  us update tasks directly from the floor

> **Cons**: We occasionally experience slight lag when scanning QR codes during peak hours. I wish the dashboard allowed more layout customization. More built-in templates for fitness specific equipment could help. It would be nice if technician performance reports were more detailed.
