The speed of execution on the functionality/features has been very commendable. We like the Checklists functionality - helps us optimize and automate repetitive processes. We were able to integrate all aspects of our student diligence process and the payment collection process. We also like the fact that we do not need any other functionality to use for any aspect of the business. The integration with our existing systems like Google SUite was smooth. The system is maturing and we have seen the UX improving by leaps and bounds in the last two quarters. We are happy that we are using a best-of-breed software and our software costs are also under control. > > **Cons**: We would like integration with accounting software, which is coming as per the roadmap. We also would like Kanban boards. We are looking for user manuals too. These two also are on the roadmap, we are told - we would like them to be accelerated. > > We are automating our student diligence processes, which is the core of our Indo-Japanese education services business.
