> **Pros**: Immediate response to all inquiries about implementation, ease of use with all the needed features of the more expensive softwares. Perfect for even the smallest operation, such as mine.

> **Cons**: Having some problems with the entering amounts paid using only the screen hints.
> 
> It is wonderful to not have to worry about overbookings because the OTAs do not update inventory quickly enough. Even when there is a cancellation, the inventory is immediately updated.  This was not the case with the more expensive software that was used for 2 months on a trial basis.

> **Cons**: Ease of usage. Not convenient enough especially app version. 2ndly owlnest do nt support bulk update such as payment,  check in/out. I have to do it one by one

Cons; not enough of OTA, ease of usage, limited functions compare to other platforms

> **Pros**: There are many things that I like about using OwlNest, but as a new owner of lodging property, the customer service has been the thing I like the most.  The service understands my property and the situation of my business.  They gave wonderful recommendations on how I could improve the efficiency and exposure of my property and it has already been paying dividends.  The day-to-day service is outstanding, as they are able to answer all of my questions and they take the time to walk me through everything until I understand how it works.

> **Cons**: The thing that like the least about the software is that some of the menus are not easy to find.

> Overall my experience has been amazing.  Not only does the software function perfectly for our needs, but they have gone out of there way to encourage me to make changes that positively affect my bottom line.
