> **Pros**: I like how simple and clean the interface is compared to some other CRMs we’ve tried. It’s pretty easy to track deals and manage contacts without too much setup. The integration with other Zendesk products is a big plus for us since everything stays in one ecosystem. Also, the mobile app is actually usable, which helps when you’re not at your desk.

> **Cons**: Reporting is a bit limited unless you spend time customizing it, and even then it’s not as flexible as some other tools. There are also a few small things in the UI that feel a bit basic, especially when you’re handling more complex pipelines. Pricing can add up as well once you start adding more users or features.

> Overall, it’s been a good CRM for day-to-day sales tracking. It’s not overly complicated, which is actually a plus if your team just wants something that works without too much training. There are some limitations when it comes to advanced reporting and customization, but for small to mid-sized teams it does the job well. We’ve been able to keep our pipeline organized and improve visibility across the team.

> **Cons**: Long term usage is impossible due to serious bugs and inability or unwillingness of their team to solve it. Reporting serious bugs to a rudimentary bot is never a good way forward.

> After trial (which went well) its all downhill. We discovered three serious bugs, which their support team reproduced and confirmed, and all we got was "we’re looking at it,". A lot of features we started using in serious work are broken or designed to be useless.

> **Cons**: Cannot use it alone, it has to integrate with other Zendesk products, but only with Zendesk products. And customisation can be a real headache, as it needs to be completely setup before getting its full potential.

> **Pros**: - Direct mail integration (no bcc required) saves everyone a world of hassle&#13;&#10;- Very easy to create customized lists of deals&#13;&#10;- Mobile app is very, very good&#13;&#10;- Easy to customize deal page with relevant info including "smart links" to 3d party sites&#13;&#10;- Decent UI and easy to understand&#13;&#10;- Integrated Dialer would be great if we weren't already using Dialpad&#13;&#10;- Quick onboarding, decent SFDC import&#13;&#10;- Zapier integration

> **Cons**: - Reporting is completely inadequate:&#13;&#10;   - No good way to report on lead sources&#13;&#10;   - No way to report on leads by assignee&#13;&#10;   - No way to create new reports if the pre-made ones don't do enough for you&#13;&#10;- The UI is surprisingly slow.  Like, a-full-second-for-a-simple-lookup slow.  This is not a complete dealbreaker, but is pretty irritating&#13;&#10;- Associating contacts to deals doesn't associate your comms w/them to the same deal, so if you have a lot of back and forth with someone about a deal, but forgot to add them to that deal in Base, you won't see the communication on the page for that deal.&#13;&#10;-
