Ski resort data is notoriously complex, and Ascent 360's support team understood our data as well as we did — which made transitioning off our previous platform seamless. Their willingness to assist with customer segmentation, email and SMS automations, and general database questions that served our business was truly exceptional. This is one of the best decisions we made at Powder Mountain that really improved our marketing capabilities.
