No more waiting on a "check in the mail" or having to advance funds and trust that the client is good for it. The payment portal is branded so the client will trust the payment portal. It doesn't appear to be a third party processor, but looks and feels like an in-house solution, giving added trust on the client's end. > > **Cons**: I have had no complaints with ePayPolicy, the company or the platform. It has performed as advertised. > > Highly satisfied. The system is very user friendly for the agency and the client. You are given instant notification of payments. The top 2 reasons are that is so much easier to use than Applied Pay and its cheaper. We have yet to use the customer support as we haven't had any issues with bugs. The money transfer speed is great and the credit card payments are so easy. I just with the clients paid a little less for a credit card payment. > > **Cons**: I think the thing I personally like the least is that we have to create an invoice number each time and we have to keep track of the number. It would be much easier if we could just put in a starting invoice number and let ePay create them going forward. > > Our overall experience has been great. Its 100 times better than what we were using with Applied Pay.
