They sell you old software 
Customer service is not skilled enough

> I strongly advise against this company \!\! We were obviously sold an old software for which they wanted to sell us an update 2 months later. I wrote at least 5 emails with the simple question: "When did the software come out"? \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] did not want to answer this question. I still don't know. Because I refused to pay them more money, our IT guy had to install the software on a different server, because the latest version of Crystal reports (which SAP uses, too) was incompatible with the old software from Krutec and it kept on crashing. The people at Krutec are super unfriendly and the company is a rip off\! Please do not fall for them\! They are not a serious company.
