> **Pros**: Can be accessed from any pc and can have multiple users

> **Cons**: Reporting is not very straight forward; - this could simply be because of the naming of the reports but also the way that the reports are set up to run.  One example of this would be when running some reports and you have a group of stores you have to run the report for each store individually and this takes up quite a bit of time.
Setting up promotions isn't as straight forward as it could be/not as intuitive as it could be, which would make it easier for the end user; instructions online  are very long winded.
There are probably a lot more types of promotions available to run than we currently use, but as the instructions aren't very clear to the end user it is difficult to decide which ones would work best for your needs.

> **Pros**: Totalhealth Pharmacy Group was looking to introduce a loyalty platform that could be shared across all our member’s independent  pharmacies and grow with the business. The pharmacies use a variety of EPOS systems.
We launched with Azpiral in 2014 and by now our very successful loyalty platform is operating in over 60 totalhealth pharmacies nationwide with almost 150,000 registered customers. Customers can use their VIP loyalty tag in any participating pharmacy.

> **Cons**: Nothing much\! The admin panel works really well and is easy to use. The challenge is getting the users to make the most of the information they have about their customers.
