> **Pros**: I like the way snapcloe integrates with so many vendors that we also use. Ordering through the system and items returned right back.

> **Cons**: When e recording documents, if they are rejected from the Clerks office there is no notification from snaplcose.

> Snapclose is one of the best title programs and closing platform i have used. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] in tech support are always available to help, even when it a challenging issue. They customized reports and help us transition with new States and underwriter.

> **Pros**: The software is easy to learn, it keeps an accurate accounting of funds in and out of each file. It has the capability to store important documents per file this way we can access what we need from any location.

> **Cons**: The only con I would say is we can not set up alerts and reminders on this system without going in to the file. I would like the option to have a calender prompt you if certain items on a file is due. For examples tax payments or any other payments needed for that file.

> I have it integrated with Rynohlive for a seamless accounting system.  This ensures all accounting per file is accurate.

> **Pros**: Convenient having all of your docs and information about a Real Estate transaction right there in one place. Generally easy to use at its surface level.

> **Cons**: The UI is very outdated and clunky. It is difficult to master because of how tedious operating the UI can be. Not very cheap compared to other similar software on the market that do the same thing but better and look better/are easier to use as well.

> Overall the thing SnapClose suffers from the most is that there are just other options that do the same thing and do it better. Other software options also are much more intuitive and easy to onboard people with, and the price is high enough that it doesn't warrant the concessions.

Very east to use the system and see the file through to the end and close it.
