Robust PMS and Channel Mgt System
Pros:
Ease of migration from Cloudbeds, with easy to use interface that makes it a lot less sticky for user to change.
Cons:
It's a very robust system. However the overall look and feel can be better improve.
Easy to use, great customer support, most competitive price in market
Comments: Overall is good for our existing small hotel projects. The Marketing Manager Miss. [sensitive content hidden] is super responsible and supportive. She defiantly earn a credit for why we choosing Airhost for our 2nd hotel project. She even OT until 4am together with me to setup the system, manually key in all existing booking to the Airhost for my first project.
Pros:
User interface is clean, tidy and easy to operate.
Cons:
Lake of daily cashier report, which is compulsory for hotel. I already feedback to Airhost and was told they are developing it now. Hope can launch the function soon, else we will use another PMS & CM for next upcoming hotel project.

Comments: I think Airhost is really good and convenient. I have never used other software, so I cannot make a full comparison. But Airhost satisfies me. One thing that I like the most is that the support staff of Airhost is very enthusiastic and responsive.
Pros:
The software is well-organized, easy to observe, and able to show the number of available rooms and their reasonable arrangement
Cons:
I am unclear about how to reconcile revenue for the daily revenue data.
以前の値段ならオススメ!今は他社と変わらないのでは?
Comments: 以前の料金であれば友人にオススメしていたが、現状であれば他社と変わらないため、特段オススメというわけではない。
Pros:
比較的簡単に導入できる。airbnbとbooking.comへの同期がしっかりできている。
Cons:
楽天トラベルへの同期が面倒。これは楽天トラベル側の話でもあるのですが、5名以上の客室のとき、面倒になります。また、2つの1棟丸貸しで一つは自主管理、もう一つは一部委託となり、airhostを複数アカウントで使っているので、費用が非常に値上がりした。1000円/アカウント から6000円/アカウントとなったので。

Pros:
使いやすさや見やすさ。初心者でもわかりやすい。
Cons:
Airhostから管理できる予約サイトのデザイン性を上げてほしい。
