> **Pros**: What we like most about Caterbook is how easy it is to manage bookings day to day. The system is clear and straightforward, making it simple to view availability, update reservations and keep everything organised.

The support from the Caterbook team is also excellent. They are always approachable, responsive and happy to help, whether that’s resolving an issue or showing staff how to use the system more effectively.

> **Cons**: The main area we feel could be improved is the reporting functionality. A little more flexibility when selecting or excluding particular rooms, and a clearer way to separate hotel rooms from our self-catering lodges, would make reporting easier for us.

It would also be helpful to see at a glance how many times a returning guest has stayed, without needing to search their booking history, so we can make sure loyal guests are always recognised.

These are relatively small improvements to an otherwise very capable system, and Caterbook are always very good at listening to customer feedback and ideas.

A real strength is the Caterbook team themselves. They are always approachable, responsive and happy to help, whether that is resolving an issue, explaining a feature or helping staff get the best use from the system.

There are always small areas that could evolve further, but Caterbook are very good at listening to customer feedback and ideas. Overall, it is a reliable system backed by an excellent and supportive team.

> **Pros**: Caterbook has helped our business to manage, keep track and spot trends to ensure we get the best use out of our rooms and advertising spend for a number of years. The emails that we can send to guests are professional and can be personalised and amended to suit. Whenever we have had had call to contact customer support they have been incredibly helpful and patient (especially for those of us who are not as tech savvy as others\! )
The reports make comparing year on year differences simple. Overall Caterbook has been great for us as a business.
