The automation of texts and emails improves the customer relation which is a plus with Commusoft. It also has a mobile app which is very capable of handling all the tasks right on the go. The certificates can also be generated using the mobile app. Warehouse inventory and assets can also be managed using the strong tools that Commusoft have.
