Even after paying for their priority support plan, they don’t respond or provide any real help. Their regular agents are unhelpful and often give wrong information. For example, several agents told me it wasn’t possible to have a direct website for each property, but two weeks later, someone else confirmed that it actually is. On top of that, my owner statement got completely messed up, and I still haven’t received any clear answers. It’s unacceptable to charge for a service and then provide nothing in return.
