I guess part of its ease of use is that it focuses on the most needed functionality for someone operating a property, but doesn't necessarily give you all the bells and whistles that more expensive software might offer.

The support ticket was later closed due to a holiday without resolution.

> **Pros**: Hospitable is extremely easy to learn. It only took me a few days to get the hang of it. Also the cost is only about $50 per month. So it was good value. They also have good phone support.

> **Cons**: The biggest issue with using hospitable is that they don't have as many features and integrations as of the larger companies. But if you're only managing if you properties it's probably fine.

> My overall experience with hospitable good. The only reason I changed to use a different PMS was because we are a growing property management company and needed more features to support that. I would recommend them to anyone self managing or someone that has a few properties.

> Hospitable has been extremely disappointing when it comes to customer service. Even after paying for their priority support plan, they don’t respond or provide any real help. Their regular agents are unhelpful and often give wrong information. For example, several agents told me it wasn’t possible to have a direct website for each property, but two weeks later, someone else confirmed that it actually is. On top of that, my owner statement got completely messed up, and I still haven’t received any clear answers. It’s unacceptable to charge for a service and then provide nothing in return. They definitely don’t deserve the high ratings they have on Capterra.
