Customer support has been nothing short of amazing. 

The ease of use for our clients has been a game changer. I no longer get emails or phone calls because a document is too big or won't attach to an email has stopped.

It no longer takes me days to review and organize Discovery responses. Once the clients are done submitting the documents that are requested, I can easily download all of the documents and it is already organized\!

People find the software very easy to use, and the customization is excellent. This has helped us so much vs. the old days of making our customers scan documents on a scanner or at Office Depot, which created more delays in our process. Pipefile is effective, simple to use and fairly priced.
